Who is therapy for?Therapy is open to you who are open to it! Psychotherapy is a process that offers you a safe, confidential and personalized space with an active listener combined with developing a set of skills to deal with all kinds of situations and feelings. It is a process led by you together with your therapist, for you.

What is therapy for?Examples of reasons that may lead you to seek and benefit from going through the therapeutic process include, but are not limited to: Having a safe environment to be heard; Improving romantic, family, professional, friendship, academic relationships, etc.; Going through major life changes (e.g., getting divorced, being promoted, losing a loved one, expecting a little brother, and/or other life events); Increases quality of life and health as a whole; Developing healthy skills and strategies to deal with life's adversities, bad habits, internal conflicts and/or difficulties associated with disorders such as anxiety and depression, among others; Developing self-esteem and deepening self-knowledge.

In therapy should I only talk about problems?Therapy is for you to work out whatever you need in that given moment, whether it's positive or not! We are often experiencing incredible moments in our lives, so why not share them too? Through positive moments we can also extract elements that bring us independence, strategies for difficult times and self-knowledge.
